Boudoir photos are meant to be seen.
You might think the best way to receive your photos from your boudoir photo shoot would be in digital form. I can definitely see the appeal. You can keep them right on your phone, you can hide them a little better.
I could be biased, but don’t think they should be hidden. The human body is nothing to be ashamed of.
You might think you don’t want an album because someone could stumble across it and see the photos. Or metal wall art because if you hang them on your wall you might seem full of yourself.
The possibility of someone snooping through your things and finding your album shouldn’t stop you from the joy that having an album brings. Them snooping is an asshole move and do you really want to keep assholes around?
There is a benefit to seeing yourself in print. Flipping pages while you sip on your favorite drink. Thinking about how good it felt to just free yourself of your fears and reservations. All to remind you that you are a beautiful, sensual, fun being.
Metal wall art of your favorite photo hanging in your closet or in your bedroom where you can see it every day will bring you that same reminder.
Even if someone sees your photo on the wall and thinks your head has gotten big, fuck them. Do you want anyone in your life who would place limits on how much you can love yourself? I know I don’t.
Should you have the digital files? Absolutely! I love looking at my photos on my phone! The just shouldn’t be the only way you receive the photos from your shoot.
However, I don’t think you should buy just the digitals from me and have your photos printed anywhere that makes prints. The company I use specializes in printing boudoir photos. Their entire staff is made up of women who understand the mission. The products they offer are incredibly high in quality. And they only sell to photographers, so purchasing your products through me would be your best bet.
So, what size album would you like?
